This air-conditioned villa sits in large grounds (approximately 1800m squared) with a lovely swimming pool and surrounding terraces. Set on a hillside, the villa is close to a good range of local shops and the beaches at Trapezaki and Lourdas are only a short drive away. However, it's unlikely you'll venture far from the verdant gardens which overlook olive and cyprus trees. The private pool and terraced areas with tables, chairs and six sun loungers, only add to the Villa Jasmine's fantastic features. |
The main living areas are split level with a dining room and kitchen a step below from the living room. The fabulous triangular fully-fitted kitchen includes a microwave, hob with extractor and dishwasher and leads to the comfortable dining area. The spacious main lounge includes sofas and big TV with English language channels and French doors that give access to the patio and pool areas.
The bedrooms are set within a wing of this well-designed villa. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower (and washing machine). There is a further double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom.
